I have used the same Helimix 28oz bottle for almost 2 years now, and I have loved every day of it. The moment I even had a slight concern, I emailed the customer support team and received almost instant help. Will definitely stick to my Helimix.
I recently had to reach out to Helimix regarding the same warranty issue on (2) shakers, i.e. leaky tops and tops getting harder to secure. Dody was exceptionally responsive and helpful with resolving the matter and taking care of the replacements. I give a lot of credit to a company that stands behind their products and makes the warranty process simple and user friendly. Hopefully, the replacements will hold up better.

I’ve been using shaker cups for over 20 years and can’t stand the strainer balls or other various strainer style mixers. They clog up or you lose the mixing component occasionally and they don’t really mix well.
I’ve been using this Helimix for about 3 weeks daily so far and absolutely love it! It mixes surprisingly amazing and being American made? I ordered two more and I’ll be a customer for life.

This is the fourth Helix cup I've bought. Love these shaker/mixers. Dona very good job mixing all protein powder up, plus they super quiet with no stupid metal ball. So glad my youngest son showed these to me .

Wish you sold tops only. If I want another color top, I need to order whole new shaker. Good product though. Mixes well.
