I think it’s only a three star because it leaks and it’s already cracked with very minor drops but it does fell and mix well. Oh and it looks good
My Helimix, that I received as a gift last Christmas, got warped in the dishwasher. I reached out to customer service with my dissatisfaction. They quickly responded to my email and sent me a replacement after I provided pictures of the damage. I really appreciated not having to go look for a gift receipt that I may never be able to find. I really hope they keep up with this level of customer care.
Very pleased with how easy it is to use; and no blender ball to worry about. I got the 20 oz for ease of storage. Would highly recommend. MONI
