I recently had to reach out to Helimix regarding the same warranty issue on (2) shakers, i.e. leaky tops and tops getting harder to secure. Dody was exceptionally responsive and helpful with resolving the matter and taking care of the replacements. I give a lot of credit to a company that stands behind their products and makes the warranty process simple and user friendly. Hopefully, the replacements will hold up better.
