Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise (in original packaging) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for merchandise that has been used or not in the original packaging.

When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process a price adjustment for a promotion code or sale that was not valid when an online order was placed.
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please email email@example.com with a photo of the item and we will email you a free return label to send it back. Once our warehouse receives the incorrect item, we will ship you the correct item.
Orders that come back to us marked “Return To Sender”, “Insufficient Address” and/or “Unclaimed” will be refunded minus a $5.00 processing charge.
Free Gift with Purchase Refunds (if applicable):
If you are returning an item that received a Free Gift with Purchase, you must return both the item and the free gift. If free gift is not returned or is returned in a used condition, you will be charged full retail price for that item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
