The incorrect order was sent to me and I reached out to the company to see how to fix it. Not only did I get a response within a couple of hours. Dody made sure to confirm my correct order and have it sent out. They have secured me as a customer with not only a great product but great service.
I wish we could order just the lids to mix and match colors! Also, will there be a clear bottle option in the future?

I love this Helimix! First the colors pop and I'm happy to support ScottyK. He is one of my favorite fitness coaches to follow. Even when using 2 powders, this blends everything so nicely without the added clean up of the wire ball. The seal is solid. I can't recommend Helimix or ScottyK enough so this product is a great way to support both!

I have had a helimix shaker for a bit now and I absolutely LOVE IT! It looks awesome but more importantly, it mixes whatever I throw into it beautifully. I ran into an issue recently where I had a defective bottle and it melted a little in the dishwasher. I emailed customer support and it was as quick as texting someone in their response. They were super kind and without question, sent me out a new one. Best bottle, best customer service. I’ll only use this brand from now on.
Wil was fabulous in supporting my concerns. My Helimix cracked within weeks of having it and they are sending a replacement. I shared my concerns about the non recyclable materials this product is made of, which is especially concerning considering the number of reviews about cracked bottles. I gave a suggestion with examples on producing a glass blender bottle that could be safe to use. I hope Helimix considers their impact on the environment they are creating with numerous cracked bottles reported. Still, I really love this design and look forward to development improvements.
I broke down and bought one after trying my son’s Helamix he got for Christmas. I was holding out but finally used his. Total game changer for mixing my supplements. Nothing clumps up, no residues, no funky smell (if washed right after use). So far the durability is outstanding and holds up to my daily use!
Upon letting customer service know that I had gotten the wrong color bottle and the one that came had been cracked! I was answered within an hour about getting a new one that will be shipped this week already.
