I have had my Helimix for a long time and use it everyday. I usually handwash the bottle, but I put it in the dishwasher and when I took it out, it was cracked.
I have been using my 20 oz bottle nearly daily for almost a year. Very very minor issue with lid leaking if not tightened enough. Emailed customer service just to inform them and they immediately addressed the issue. I wasn't expecting a hand out or anything in return, but they (Dody) sent a replacement bottle regardless. Customer for life. Oh, and still using the first cup. Thanks!!!
I love this new color! Definitely my favorite so far. Brighter than I was expecting. It’s almost like it glows in the dark it’s so beautiful. Of course with all the high quality performance that you know comes with a Helimix. 10/10 would recommend!
