Accidentally dropped my bottle and it broke. I e-mailed customer service and they had a new one shipped out the next day.
Definitely new way of mixing drinks. Have a variety of other mixing bottles with the bouncing ball. Been somewhat surprised how well this one works. Easier to clean and overall planning to slowly phase out my old ones with more of these.
These are the best shakers available. Get the collaboration ones. Yes they are a few dollars more but you get a shaker with character designed by a mad work out person. My last one is wild colours with a moustache!
