During a lunch workout, my bottle cracked inside my gym bag , causing it to leak all over my clothes. Since the bottle is so fragile, I’ve decided to stick with Blender bottles, as they’ve never let me down.

Excellent customer service. I have had a few issues with some of bottles in the past and always gotten it resolved and a new one shipped out. Use mine everyday as well it’s great!
